Payment
Our shop accepts paypal and all major credit cards (no Amex or Diners – sorry). We use SSL encryption technology through a third party online shopping service (FoxyShop); all payment is process via their secure network so we do not store or have access to your payment detail. We accept eftpos, credit card and cash payments at our workshop. You may pay by bank transfer, our details can be found on the quotation we email to you.

Free Shipping
Most of our smaller items are shipped for free. We use a Courier Service (Courier Please) for the majority of deliveries, although depending on your location wil may use Aust Post to keep postage costs down. Items are not always tracked, if you like your items trackable, please contact us for additional delivery cost. Our courier service may leave the parcel on your door step if it does not fit into the letterbox, if you do not want this please let us know.

Please note that we do not do gift wrap but will be happy to put in a compliment slip with a personalised message. Let us know the message you want us to include after you check out; just quote your purchase reference number and drop us the message via Contact Us.

Large Items
We cannot offer free shipping for the larger furniture items and we encourage that you collect them from our workshop in Preston (20min Drive from Melbourne CBD). Our workshop is open by appointment only so just let us know when you want to collect your item and we shall do our best to ensure it is ready and waiting for you. Our workshop is open on some weekends as well, so just ask.

Phone Order
If you prefer to order our products over the phone, please feel free to give us a call. However our phone is not manned and we may not always hear it ring over the noise of our manufacturing; please just leave a message and we shall get back to you as quickly as possible.

Dispatch time
We aimed to dispatch most order within 2 to 3 working days. Furniture order is usually make to order as we keep limited stock in our workshop. This make our business more efficient and therefore passing on the saving to you. For furniture order, please allowed 7 to 10 working days; we will email you with an estimate time once your order is placed.

Christmas closure: Our office is closed from Thursday, 21st of December 2017 to Sunday, 21st January 2018 inclusive. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched on 22nd January 2018.

Refunds and Exchanges
We believe in our product 100% so if you change your mind, please contact us to arrange to return for your refund within 7 days of receiving your item. Items will need to be in the same condition as they were sent out to you. We cannot refund shipping and packaging cost and you will need to pay for the return shipping cost. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the goods in its original condition.

If the items are not as described on the listing, you can return the items and we gladly pay for shipping cost.
